創立人Mr. J為土生香港人,具大學教研背景,喜歡讀書、喜歡音樂、喜歡足球、喜歡女人、懶於寫字。偶為兩岸三地媒體撰寫酒類文章,也是特約品酒會的常客講師,多年來亦與本地不同酒專、酒吧合辦無數場進階和系列性的威士忌課程。此外,Mr. J亦是世界酒業龍頭Diageo集團旗下的威士忌學院 Diageo Whisky Academy中第一位來自香港的導師。歡迎威士忌品酒會主講、烈酒類教育、專欄寫作、品牌策劃等的合作。聯絡方法:mr.j@whiskiology.com

If the creation of whisky, and the chemical reaction between the liquor and our taste and olfaction ain’t meaningless; then there must bears a profound meaning and value on top of simply drinking it. The birth of Whiskiology aims to fill the intellectual gap in whisky appreciation.
 

Originator, Mr. J, is based in Hong Kong, with a background in professional research and tertiary education. Guest whisky columnist across the PRC, Taiwan, Macao, and Hong Kong. Over the years, Mr. J has also partnered with countless wines & spirits cellars, bars, and sommeliers in organizing advanced and systematic whisky courses. In addition, Mr. J is also the first (and the only so far as at Aug 2019) Qualified Mentor for the international Diageo Whisky Academy coming from Hong Kong.
